Shopify Integration
Connect your Shopify store so agents see order context inside every ticket.
The Shopify integration pulls order and customer data from your store and displays it in the ticket sidebar. Agents see order status, line items, and shipping details without leaving Ticket0.
Connect your store
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify
- Click Connect store
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g.
yourstore.myshopify.com) - You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorise the Ticket0 app
- After approval, you're returned to Ticket0 with the integration active
What agents see
When a customer emails from an address that matches a Shopify customer, the ticket sidebar shows:
- Recent orders — last 5 orders with status and total
- Order details — line items, tracking number, fulfilment status
- Customer lifetime value — total spend and order count
- Shopify tags — tags applied to the customer in Shopify
AI context
If AI drafting or auto-resolve is enabled, the Shopify order data is injected into the AI's context. This means the AI can answer "where is my order?" questions accurately using real-time order status.
Limitations
- The integration reads order and customer data — it does not create or modify Shopify orders
- Matching is by email address; guest checkout orders won't match unless the customer uses the same email
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify → Disconnect. This removes Ticket0's access token. You should also uninstall the app from your Shopify admin under Apps.
